Description: Letter from Raymond W. Vowell to Gary Lenz discussing Mr. Lenz's concern with the transfer of Melisa Lenz from the Austin State School to the Mexia State School. Mr. Vowell explains why Melisa was transferred and speculates that there might have been a misunderstanding. He assures Mr. Lenz that the Mexia State School is an adequate institution and advises him to visit it. He adds that he is willing to help with a transfer if Mr. Lenz still desires it after he has visited the school.
