She is glad to hear they are doing well. She also mentions that they are doing well now. They had a case of flux and there are some cases of small pox in town. They are almost done with harvesting the wheat. Oat harvesting is almost here and the corn is looking well. They have irish potatoes, and they will have tomatoes soon.
