Ruben "Pollo" Barragan is a native of Del Rio, and a proud resident of the San Felipe neighborhood. Barragan talked about growing up in San Felipe and race relations in greater Del Rio, his periodic trips to California to work in the fields, and going to school in the San Felipe ISD.
