A document from IBM on improving K-12 education through the use of technology. The purpose of the program is to contribute to the improvement of education in the US at elementary, middle and high school levels through effective approaches which apply new technologies, new knowledge about learning and teaching. IBM will support individual projects for a during of three to five years, and will accept proposal that following their guidelines and fit their criteria.
