Description: A special circular published by the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, from the office of the president, Mr. A. F. Whitney, on December 15, 1942. The circular addresses lodge members of the Brotherhood, referring to a prior annual report about an Accident and Health insurance plan for the members of the Brotherhood, however, the insurance with the World Insurance Company will be terminated by December 31, 1942.

Gaby, who was part of the tour, in an envelope that has the company logo on the front and and illustration of soldiers jumping out of a truck on the back.
