Merieult, in which Austin reports that accounting records from Merieult have repeatedly contained discrepancies between sales recorded and actual sales rendered. Austin also reports that he was charged for commission on lead shipments that he did not authorize. However, Austin concludes that Merieult likely has no knowledge of these mistakes and assumes that the matter can be easily resolved.
