Description:
Toque style hat of moss green velvet. Draped green velvet crown worked over a stiffened buckram frame. The top of the crown is embellished with an appliquéd filigree of bullion work, gold-tone braid and green and yellow rhinestones. Rolled wired brim of woven yellow, cream and purple silk ribbons accented with black chenille ribbon.
