Description: Photograph of the 46 players and 5 coaches and team managers on the 1941 University of Texas at Austin Longhorns varsity football team. Head coach at this time was Dana X. Bible. In 1941 the team achieved their first number one ranking in the AP poll (first Texas team to do so), finishing their season at 8-1-1, and they were recognized by the NCAA as National Champions.
