[The W. I. Cook Memorial Hospital]

Description: Photograph of the W. I. Cook Memorial Hospital located at 1212 West Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas. A large tree takes up the majority of the picture. It is a mature tree, but all of the leaves are gone. The hospital is in the background, and it is three stories with an inset, arched entryway.
