Description: Pictured here is a semi-ornate brick building (with a socle presumably of stone), advertising the Davis Wells and the Davis Baths. This enterprise is not listed in A.F. Description: Postcard of soldiers washing in long water troughs outside of a building, with the caption "A typical scene on washday at Camp MacArthur, Waco, Tex." A handwritten note on the back of the postcard says "On the back side of the bath house. There is a bath house to every row of tents; e.i. to every company, battery troop or squadron - depends on the branch of service. Our bath houses are a more permanent construction than these. It was this kind that I spent my afternoons in last August."
