Hutton and Clara Hutton, in the Court of Civil Appeals of Texas, Texarkana, heard March 25, 1931 and denied rehearing April 2, 1931. The original suit was brought by J. R. and Clara Hutton for damage to their land allegedly caused by the gas company diverting natural water ways, and the district court's judgement for the Huttons was appealed by the gas company.
