Description: Copy of transcript for an agreement between Stephen F. Austin and Rufus Stone. Stone discovered a lead and silver mine on the Trinity River and Austin agrees to apply to the Mexican authorities, on behalf of Stone, to obtain legal title to work and hold the mine in exchange for a quarter share in the mine.
