> > 4. I've read NTIEVA and the DMA's proposals to the Marcus
Foundation for the collaborative school/museum/university
project. Congratulations again on this marvelous gift and
opportunity. Please confirm the amount of the grant.
The amount of Marcus funds for the Fellows Program is
$554,877, to be paid in three installments over the next
three years. We have just received the first installment of
$199,858. The collaborative grant to the Dallas Museum of
Art is for $229,400.
* 5. Two changes to your time commitment are noted in the proposal:
> (a) reducing your time on the Core Program by 50%; and (b)
adding your time to the Marcus Fellows program @ 8.33% for
> nine months and 25% for two-months. Please discuss the
anticipated impact of these changes on the Core Program.

Institute for a number of years and are familiar with all the
daily operations of the Institute. Their expertise and
experience will be necessary in training new research
assistants and Marcus Fellows who will work with the
Institute.

Since we are including Denton/Pilot Point in the
tuition-based institute, we don't need to allocate separate
monies to run an institute for them. Hence they were excluded
from year 96/97 budgets. The money for their support was
included in the 95 budget because we were not sure the
