Otis Huckaby, owner of the Circle-H ranch on Dowdy
Ferry Road in far south Dallas, is arraigned beofre
Peace Justice Tom Naylor on charges of cruelty toward
animals. The S-P-C-A claims t Huckaby allowed
several head of cattle on his propetty to starve.
Huckaby says strangers mistreated his cattle, and
he was tending them in the pasture, because they were
unable to move.
