The Dallas School Board today named a committee to

meetings.
The action was precipitated by David Savage, who
brought his six year old daughter to today's meeting,
then verbally savaged her elementery school principalTAKE FILM:
for whipping the child.
S ,the
principal, in words,"beat the hell out of her
with a board." He demanded that the principal be
disciplined, then said he was taking legal action
against the school district and the administrator.

After Savage left, Superintendent D Nolan
Estes said he fdlt the board should stop speakers

words, "make slanderous statements about principals
