Along with this, one can see construction workers wearing hard hats constructing the roof of the building, a crane in the background, a building to the left, and two '50s-'60s styled cars parked on a road in front of the construction. The building was completed in 1961. Built as a dorm, it continues to be used as such. It is located on Highland Street (across the street from A.M. Willis Library and the Music Annex). Original cost: $1,066,290. The building was named after North Texas President J. J. Crumley (1893 - 1894).
