Deputy Medical Examiner Dr. Felix Gwozdz
declined to comment today on published reports that he is resigning his job and that he plans to set up his own pathology labratory and possibly dade a bid at becoming the countys medical examiner. Dr. Gwozdz said his decision was a personal matter, but that he would try to have a statement tommorow. Dr. Gwozdz has virtually operated the medical examiners office since it was created in 1965, even though the actual contract has been held by Terrell Labratories, with Dr. T. C. Terrell as chief medical examiner. The county cufrently pays about $100,000 a year for medical examiners services. Gwozdz has won praise from District Attorney Frank Coffey and other police agencies who work with him in
