accepted delivery of its first new bomber in9 and a half years.
It is the F-B-111-A, built
by General Dynamics/Fort Worth.
WBAP Newsman Bill Hix reports:
The ceremony took place on the flightline at Carswell
Air Force Base before a crowd of several hundred,
including Air Force brass and Fort Worth civic
leaders.

Commander of SAC's first FB-111 organization, the
340th Bombardment Group at Carswell, which will train
