A midair collistson near Indianapolis last Tuesday which W killed 83 people has been blamed by some on e poor air control radar. Those critics say the radar at Indianapolis can't pick up small planes such as the one that hit the Alegheny Airlines plane. Today a former air controller---James Kneck--- said he told his superiors two years ago that the radar was bad. NBC Reporter Liz Trotta talked to Knecand his boss.
