Jury indicted

M.K. Fisher Junior on new charges revolving around the
political candidate's recent financial dealings.
Fisher was charged in Houston last week with swindling
and passing a forged instrument. He is currently free
on bond on those two charges.52 SECS
Today, in a special one-day inquiry, representatives of
five area banks appeared before the Tarrant County
Grand Jury - complying with an order to produce all
records of any transactions with Fisher or his wife,
A udie. After hearing the testimony and examining the
claiming
records, the jury returned four indictments,
secure
that Fisher used forged stock certificates to
loans. iX9XThe jury said the candidate for
county judge had fraudulently obtained a 70-thousand-
dollar loan from Ridglea State Bank, a 20-thousand-
dollar loan from Union Bank and 5-thousand dollars in
loans from Northwest National Bank and Fort Worth
