Most of the teachers moved had been in the elementary
schools that showed the greatest drop in enrollment.

a luck of students. mVM Kirkpatrick elementary was
the only cluster school where the 2nd grade staff was
increased.
1st grade classes in the Fort -Worth schools also showed
a dramatic decrease in enrollment. In the 55 elemental:

grade class. Only six schools added 1st grade teachers
