When The Securities and Exhcnage Commission hearing reconconvenes this morning in Dallas the list of defendants will have been reduced U-S District Judge Sarah T. Hughes dismissed a a number of defendants yesterday after they consented to an injunction without admitting wrong-doing. The S-E-C is seeking a preliminary injunction to stop what it calls stock manipulation and fraud- ulent trading. Left as defendants in the suit are seven of the original fifteen individuals, and three corporations of an original thirteen. Waggoner Earr s ent about four hours on the stand yesterday answering questions from his own lawyer Charles Storey, and S-E-C attorney Robert Watson. He was followed on the stand by S-E-C accountant James Perry.
