Two-years a_;o, Lorenzo gave up a life-long habit
of smoking, after fire destroyed his home.
Lorenzo has stayed off the weed, so he can't blame a
careless & cigarette for today's fire on the same
farm. This time it was the barn that went up in
smoke. It was on the Mitchell Farms, near Everman,
south of Fort Worth. The loss included some 400
bales of hay, * inside the barn. Fire units from
Fort Worth and Everman answered the fire call, but
the flames were beyond control when firemen got
there. The was fanned by a stiff breeze.
