shipATennis a tour are in trouble with the Inter-
national Lawn Tennis Federation as it was learned
today that the Federation is expected to approve a
ban of 32 players from Wimbledon and other major
tournaments when it meets Wednesday at Stresa, Italy.
Reportedly, Hunt has gotten on the Federation's bad
side by demanding a payment of 448,000 for allowing
his players to participate at Wimbledon next year.
He is also reported seeking a say in television
contracts as well as the ma#e of tennis balls used
in tournaments.
The 32 players on Hunt's tour include most of the top
names including John Newcombe, who won the Wimbledon
title last Saturday.
