Three-piece cocktail ensemble consisting of jacket, blouse and skirt. A) Jacket. Cropped waist-length shell of gold embroidered black lace over patterned emerald green silk. Lined with purple patterned silk. The two outer layers and the lining are channel stitched together with black thread. The jacket shell gathers into the neckline and hem. Center front opening with five tailored buttonholes and five half-round. clear green shank buttons. High rounded neckline and long raglan sleeves. High rounded neckline edged with gathered. scalloped. gold embroidered black lace centered with gold edged black silk ribbon. Long raglan sleeves with cuff accents of gathered. scalloped. Gold embroidered black lace centered with gold edged black silk ribbon. Center back zipper closure with hook&eye at neckline. Label stitched at right of zipper. below neckline.

C) Skirt. Fitted knee-length black silk skirt with corded waistband. Curved hipline pockets with corded edges. Centerback zipper closure from waistline to hipline. Lapped waistband closure with two large hook&bars. Bound turned back hem. Label stitched centerback. above zipper. Label "front" stitched over front waistband.
