1120, nor information return Form 990. Contributions to UNT are
deductible by donors as provided in section 170 of.the Code. Bequests,
legacies, devises, transfers or gifts to or for its use are deductible for
Federal estate and gift tax purposes under the provisions of sections
2055, 2106, and 2522 of'the Code.
University of North Texas is an Instrumentality of the State of Texas
created under the provisions of Chapter 105 of the Texas Education Code,
Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated.
