White announced that Chuck
Bragg has recently resigned as
Treasurer General and President
General Appelby has ap-
pointed Jack London to fill out
the remainder of the term.
The Registrars and the Mem-
bership and Expansion Com-
mittee conducted a Registrar's
Workshop on Friday afternoon
led by Arthur Hall and Michael
Radcliff.
Host Bill Marrs reported that the
attendance at the BOM was 56
Compatriots and the attendance
at the dinner was 98.
Tom Green announced that he
had some rooms reserved for the
Laredo George Washington
Birthday Parade. Dates areR. Berry and N.

New Business
President Fife announced that the
Leon Valley Chapter has decided to
disband.
There was a motion by Peter Row-
ley, seconded by Tom Green to rec-
ommend a study to determine the
feasibility of an "at large" member-
ship. Motion carried. It was referred
to the Membership and Expansion
Committee.
Past President General White asked
if the Membership and Expansion
Committee could have a one-day
meeting to discuss this and other
matters. President-Elect Tom
Lawrence indicated he would
poll the committee membership
to determine that feasibility.Dr. Charles Baker suggested
that the SAR District organiza-
tion be studied to recognize
the relative size of Texas in the
South Central District. There
was discussion but no action.
Secretary General Edward F
Butler asked that anyone who
wished to be considered fo
a position on a National Com-
mittee let him know.
