This display informs customers that they can
listen to the world with our Realistic DX-160An eye-catching display with a world globe atop
Radio Shack's famous Realistic shortwave receiver,
the DX-160, helped Philip Gossett, manager store
1922 in Kanapolis, North Carolina, increase his sales.
This display ties in with our DX-160 national maga-
zine ad with the caption: "What's Happening ... in
Helsinki, Nairobi, Tel Aviv, Capetown, Moscow,
Saigon, or a thousand other places." The ad answers
the question: "Find out with the Realistic DX-160."Tie-in displays of Realistic products advertised in
national magazines is another good way to get extra
"mileage" out of our advertising dollars. It makes
cents!
If you have created an unusual display that helped
increase sales for your store, photograph it ... pass it
along to other managers across the United States via
the Intercom. The display may help them sell more
