trict 0344 in the smith
Dallas Region. Smith will replace
Rex Satterwhite, who has moved
to the Houston Region to take over
District 0353.
Smith joined Radio Shack in
April of 1974 as a full-time sales-
maker at Store 8104-Dallas, Texas
while attending classes at nearby
Southern Methodist University. In
1978 Smith graduated from SMU,
receiving a bachelor of business
administration.
Smith was the recipient of the
Store Manager of the Year award
in Fiscal Year 1981. He has been
awarded a "handful" of Super
Sales certificates and, in the sum-
mer of 1980, won a trip to Hawaii.

Max Griswold, manager of Dis-
trict 0843, has released the names
of several recent award winners in
his district.
Receiving $32,000 computer
sales awards were Ed Seward,
CMR at 18-8445-North Little Rock,
Ark., and Rodger Lecy, CMR at
RSCC 7414-Little Rock.
Other members of the team at
Computer Center 7414 also re-
ceived sales awards. They were
Bob Howland, CMR, with two
awards, and Daryl Tysdal, CMR,
with three awards. Congratula-
tions on your fine efforts.

cates to three members of his district for outstanding sales. Re-

INTERCOM, APRIL 1983Record-setting month
The staff of Computer Center 7442-Shreveport, La. pose for a
group picture after a record-setting month. Last February, the cen-
ter made the top 50 sales report, posting a 46% sales gain with over
$105,000 in sales. Members include (clockwise from left): Kevin
Rigsby, CMR; Tom Chisolm, manager; Don Green, senior CMR;
and Brent Altman, CMR.
