Region announces changes among DMs, districtsBindley

Bourland Division, the Louisville
Region has gained two new district
managers and a new district, as
well as experiencing two transfers
among its former district manager
lineup.
Rick Bindley, former manager
of Computer Center 7889-
Schaumburg, Ill., has been pro-
moted to manager of District 0579.
Bindley replaces Mark Clarke who
is the new manager of District
0545.Bindley started his Radio Shack
career in November 1976 when he
was hired as a manager-trainee at
Store 6246-Beaver Dam, Wis. He
was soon promoted to manager of
the store. Other managerial as-
signments took him to Store 6208,
6240 and 6280, all located in Madi-
son, Wis. From there, Bindley be-
came the manager of a computer
center in Madison. In July 1982, he
was named manager of 7889 and
held that position until his recent
promotion.
Mark Clarke, new manager of
District 0545, began his Radio
Shack career in June 1975 as a
manager-trainee at Store 6236-
Neenah, Wis. In September 1975,
Clarke was promoted to manager
of Store 6238-Fon Du Lac, Wis. He
became manager of Store 6277-
Green Bay, Wis. in 1977. Clarke
was named manager of Store
6464-Chicago, Ill. in 1979.
A year later, Clarke was pro-
moted to manager of District 0579
when the district was located in the
Chicago Region. He remained
manager of 0579 when it became
part of the Louisville Region in
1982.
Henry Krupinski, former man-ager of District 0374, has trans-
ferred, as district manager, to
0857.
Krupinski joined the Company in
February 1976 as a manager-
trainee at a store in Louisville, Ky.
He was subsequently promoted to
manager of Store 4518, also in
Louisville. Other managerial as-
signments took him to Stores
4552, 4561 and 4510, all located in
Louisville. In June 1980, Krupinski
was promoted to manager of Dis-
trict 0374, then in the Columbus
Region, and held that position
when the district became a part of
the Louisville Region.
District 0567, formerly in the De-
troit Region, is now a part of the
Louisville Region. Mark Seaman is
the district manager.
Seaman joined the Company in
March 1970 as an assistant man-
ager of an Allied Radio Shack store
in Indianapolis, Ind. In May 1970,
he was promoted to manager of
Store 6711-Speedway, Ind. Sea-
man then became manager of
Store 6701-Indianapolis. In March
1973, he was promoted to man-
ager of District 0569 in the old Chi-
cago Region. Seaman became
manager of District 0563 in the De-
troit Region in 1975. In July 1976,
he became regional manager of
the Detroit Region. From there, he
became manager of District 0567
in November 1979.
