Four managers receive service pins

Lew Crawford
District 0547 Manager
Dayton, Ohio
Dear Mr. Crawford:
Recently, I purchased a TRS-80 Color
Computer with a disk drive. In this regard, I
had the unusual experience of meeting a
representative of a large enterprise who
really cares about customer needs and sat-
isfaction. Mr. Richard Taylor of your Fair-
born store spent over four hours of his
personal time in my home, assisting me in
learning how to operate the computer and
program I purchased.
I might add his sincerity was truly demon-
strated by the fact that his services were
offered and accepted after the sale was
consummated. His aid was very valuable
and directed me down the right road in
correctly using my purchase. Mr. Taylor
impresses me as a highly motivated indi-
vidual and most certainly dedicated to his
career with Radio Shack.
Sincerely,
Robert Donham
