Political advertisement pamphlet addressed to Allan G Calkin and paid for by Scott Chase for City Council. Imitates the format of a newspaper, with "DISTRICT FIVE EXTRA" printed in text at the top. Folds out into four 29 x 19 cm. panels. Advocates for Chase for Dallas City Council District 5 in the May 6, 1989 election. Lists supporters, features several pictures of Chase and locations in Dallas, and accompanies pictures with quotes from and policy details of Chase.
