Notes

Description from Donor about collection: "Detailed information about each photo has been provided in the description of each entry. These files are important to me because they document information about Covid-19 and everyday life during a pandemic. In the future I think it will be interesting to look back on, especially the signage wording, which changes depending on the purpose of the sign (such as to instruct or advise), who made it, and what information was available to the public at the time." / Description from donor about image: "Inside the Edith O’Donnell Arts and Technology (ATEC) building at the University of Texas at Dallas, a sign announces "Today's Covid-19 Risk Level" with four categories: "High risk of transmission," "Extreme caution," "Proceed carefully," and "New normal until you're vaccinated." The photo was taken on August 26, 2021 at 4:36 PM, with my iPhone. At the time the photograph was taken, students were warned of the high risk of Covid-19 transmission. Regardless, many classes were still being conducted in person."
