INTRO:HEALER VO:
The machine is called the Energy Environment Simulator
and is used in a mind-boggling game in which a player
must balance energy usage and resources. Players make
adjustments in consumption by turning dials and the
electronic simulator immediately signals success or
failure. Red lights and beapdng tones signal shortages
of energy, or excessive pollution of the environment.
As the simulator's time clock ticks away the years at
a rate of about one per second, energy sources graduallyare consumed.
