What to Bring for Registration in Library Building
1. All students must bring card packets. (If you have not obtained yours,
see "Important Notice to All Students" below.)
2. All students bring certificate of vaccination for small pox.
3. In addition, the following materials should be brought depending on your
enrollment status:
a. If you have not attended North Texas previously, bring Permit to
Register, or Permit to Register Temporarily.
b. If you attended North Texas for the first time in the fall semester 1964,
bring fall identification card, fall grade slip, and Permit to Register.
c. If you attended North Texas in the fall semester and had previously
been enrolled in this University, bring fall identification card, fall grade
slip, and duplicate record of all other work.
d. If you previously attended North Texas but were not enrolled for the
fall semester, bring duplicate record and Permit to Register.
4. Have the following:
a. Social security number
b. Automobile license number, if driving a car
c. Post office box number
(If you have lost your duplicate record, request a copy in the Registrar's office
preferably before registration day. After registration begins, duplicate records
are requested in the Registrar's office but distributed on the second floor of
the Administration Building.)
SPRING SEMESTER, 1965
Important Notice to All Students:
Each student who expects to enroll during the spring semester must request at the
Registrar's office that a packet of cards be made. Failure to do so will result in delay
to the student at registration time. Card packets for new students are prepared from
admission application forms, and a special request is not necessary.
Students who wish to pick up their packets of registration cards before the be-
ginning of the spring registration may do so January 18 through January 30 at the
east window of the Registrar's office, Administration Building. On February 1, 2, 3
and 4, packets will be distributed from the third floor of the Administration Building:
A through K Room 317 L through Z Room 301
February 1, Monday:
8:00 a.m.-All beginning freshmen assemble in Recital Hall, Music Building.
8:00 a.m.-All transfer students assemble in Auditorium, Auditorium Building.
February 2, Tuesday, through February 4, Thursday:
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.-Students of all classifications register according to al-
phabetical listing on schedule.
February 5, Monday:
8:00 a.m.-Classes begin.Page 3
