  • Content Description: Pillbox hat of black velvet. The low, cylindrical crown is flattened on top, and has a black sequined and black cording ornament consisting of stylized scrolls and rosebuds(?) covered in black sequins. At back of hat is a stiff inverted black velvet cording tri-lobed ornament shaped as a "club" card suit. Lined in a dark gray satin, and with a dark gray inner grosgrain ribbon hatband. With gray elastic cord to help secure hat to wearer's head. No labels in hat.
