at a Negro attorney's office but thought it was
in reference to trying to obtain a separate
high school for Negroes in Mansfield.
Among several witnesses called to the court of
/Movly
inquiry is Moody's son, Floyd Mm, a junior at
Fort Worth's I.M. Terrell High School. The boy
says a Negro attorney last year took him to
Mansfield's white high school to try to enroll
him, that school officials refused him
admittance. He, too, testifies that he signed
no request for a suit and didn't authorize
anyone else to sign for him.
