Video footage from the WBAP-TV television station in Fort Worth, Texas, to accompany a news story about the McClennon County grand jury finishing its investigation of the failure of the U.S. Trust and Guaranty Company in Waco. The grand jury also investigates the case of Lieutenant Governor Ramsey and his campaign expenditures during his 1954 run for office.
