The funeral is a private one, attended by only a few of Green's close friends and relatives Among those attending the service is Ex-Convict LeRoy "Tincy" Eggleston who was with Green outside a Jacksboro Highway drive-in cafe when the gangster was slain in what police call an underworld vengance shooting. Others at the funeral are & Green's blonde widow and his daughter, and Police Characters Nick Cassio, Jettr Bass, Jack Todd, Bill Huddleston, Johnny Miller and Ray Tyler. Green, with seven bullet wounds, died 17 hours after he was attacked..
