CERT operating detail:
A Chief Executive may become a CERT Associate at
any time. Enrollment is for 12 months from the initial
date of sign up.
Membership belongs to the company. If a person
leaves his/her position as Chief Executive, the new
Chief Executive may continue the enrollment.
Substitutes cannot be sent.
Material relevant to the meeting topic will be sent prior
to the session. It is expected that each CERT
Associate will attend having read the material.
Several CERT groups will be formed, maximum num-
ber in each group will be 30. All CERT groups will at-
tend the retreat and meet as one group.
The 12-month charter enrollment fee is $1500.00 -
this includes:
Program participation
Resource material, notebook handouts, books, etc.
Meals, coffee breaks
Retreat reception, meals, lodging (self and spouse)
(Transportation is not included)
Enrollment fee for Charter Associates will remain
constant for 3 years.
Employees from CERT Associate companies will be
given a 10% fee reduction when enrolling in any
program sponsored by the Professional Development
Institute.
The Director of the program will maintain close liaison
with each CERT Associate to insure complete and ef-
fective coordination and program fulfillment.
