Registrar's Report
I know it can be a real chore and an expense to prove a Patriot. Just
,, remember, you are making history. A hundred years from now, someone
may uncover your SAR Application and find the information they need to
join our great Society.
1. If you were at the April 2015 meeting you heard that Bob Kubin's
Regular Membership Application has been approved after two years of
effort. Bob's Patriot is Thompson Brister. Congratulations Bob,
Dave Powell welcome aboard. Induction to follow soon.
2. Dennis Vierling's Regular Membership Application made it through the
State Registrar's office and is now at the SAR National Office. Dennis's
Patriot is Thomas Philbrick Huntoon.
3. Bob Vickers Supplemental Application for Patriot William Lingo has
been completed and is at the State Registrar's office.
4. Robert Plapp's Regular Membership Application is at the State
Registrar's office. Robert's Patriot is George Sparks.
5. Leslie Anderson has two Supplemental Applications at National. One
application is for Patriot William Yancey which was approved on 10
Apr 2015 and Leslie's second application is for Patriot Aaron Burleson
and this application is currently waiting to be reviewed. Leslie tells me
he is working on three more Supplemental Applications. Good Job.
6. I have one Supplemental Application that has made it through State
level and is now at National. My Patriot is William Wiseman.
7. Frank Robert's Supplemental Application for Patriot John Middlecoff is
very close to completion.
8. Harmon Adair sent me the name of a Prospective Member, Charles
Jackson. We completed Mr. Jackson's genealogy and now we are
waiting on the applicant.
