"My name is M. William Nelson. I am a licensed attorney admitted
to practice in the State of Texas since November 1982. I reside at 6050
Birchbrook Drive, No. 242, Dallas, Texas 75206. I am over 21 years of
age. I have never been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude
and have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein, all of which are
true and correct.
"I am one of the attorneys for the Plaintiffs in this case, and I
am giving this Affidavit in support of the Plaintiffs' Response to the
Defendant Dallas County Hospital District, d/b/a Parkland Memorial
Hospital's Motion for Protection and In Camera Proceedings, all of which
I have read, is within my personal knowledge and true and correct.
"The Defendant Dallas County Hospital District, d/b/a Parkland
Memorial Hospital's Motion for Protection and In Camera Proceedings
filed with this Court on September 27, 1988 states that 'Defendant's
attorneys have been informed that Bill Nelson, one of the Plaintiffs'
attorneys has made threats against one potential witness.'
"I have never threatened anyone in this or any other lawsuit,
whether a party, a witness, a potential witness, or an attorney, and I
am outraged that I would even be accused of such a thing.
"Further Affiant saith not."
