A Fort Worth housewife, Mrs. Jack Wise of 1718 Mont-
clair in Meadowbrook, explains to her son David and
friend Wayne Hardy that her hobby, collecting Indian
relics, can be both interesting and good for the
waist line. She says she never has to diet when she
can take the- long walks to find
relics. Mrs. Wise says she is more interested in
unusual artifacts than the more common arrowheads
and spearheads.
HOLDS ROCK IN HAND
Included in her collection are axe and tomahawk
heads and a mano. She demonstrates the mano, which
was used by the Indian squaws to grind corn into
meal. According to Mrs. Wise, the relics are much
harder to find now than when she was a girl. She
says she used to walk over them without picking teem
up in West Texas. But)she adds most of them have
