3. Closely monitor the license renewal
application of theatres, taverns and
clubs, and denial of same to locations
which have consistently demonstrated the
inability and/or willingness to operate
in a law abiding manner.
IV. Personnel, Operatirns
1. Reduction of the number of prE. et:able
vehicle accidents to none for the wear.
Daring 1979 two acciTents occurred.
2. Reduction in the number of personal
injury and sick days taken by both
sworn and civilian personnel to
eleven and 141 respectively. During
1979 fifteen injury days and 187 sick
days were taken. This goal represents
a 25% reduction in each area.
3. Qualification on a continuing basis of
all sworn personnel in the area of
firearms proficiency.
4. Viqorcus encouragement and providing
promotional information and opportunities
for both sworn and civilian personnel to
achieve increased job performance and
benefits consistent with their individual
desires and capabilities.
5. Reduction in the number of external
personnel complaints against division
personnel to none. During 1979 two
