A delegation from Hot Springs, Arkansas is visiting
Judge Leonard's corporation court in Fort Worth, to
take a look at the court's teenage jury system. Hot
Springs mayor Dan Wolfe has brought along a plastic
. handkerchief or eputy Don Taylor. There's a
traffic safety message at the bottom of the hanky. The
visitors were honored at a dinner last night, sponsored
by the Tarrant County Youth Council.
