Script from the WBAP-TV/NBC station in Fort Worth, Texas, covering a news story about the open bids on the final contract for the Big Fossil Creek floodway. Winning bid went James G. Brown and Stanley Blakney, for straightening the creek bed, building a levee, and creating a sump for draining water not caught in the creek.
