Dallasite James Field meets George O'Brien for
the first time at Dallas' Love Field,
both belong to the most select men's group in the
country...The Congressional Medal of Honor society.
The Medal of Honor is the highest award for military
valor given by the Inited States. Field on his
medal of honor in world war II in France, and O'Brien,

soaked bit of Korean real estate known as "The Hook."
Both are enroute to the Medal of Honor Sooiety's
100th anniversary convention in Detroit, Michigan.

with 50 isted as veterans of the Spanish-American
War of 1898. The medal mm first struck in 1862,
