he doesn't know why nothing has ever been done about it.
His Honor says something WILL be done, that next Tuesday
the Commissioners will approve a bond sale to include an
overpass at the west end of the city at the Carrier
Parkway Crossing.
Clifton notes that nothing has been said about speed
controls and erection of barriers, and says he may file
an& injuneo josop trains from going through GrandPrairie. He says this is not the end of it.
