16 junior and senior high school bands brave a
chilling wind at TCUts Amon Carter Stadium in
Fort Worth, scene of the Region Two University
Inter-.scholastic League competition. Today's
regions

East Zone, in six classifications ranging from

by the school's enrollment. And the bands are
