CITY HALL
The Small Business Administration set up a temporary
office this morning at the City Hall Annex in downtown
Fort Worth. The office is handing out applications
for long-term low-interest loans to persons
whose property was damaged by wind or high water. The
first person to make use of the service is J.C. Harris,
a home-builder, whose property in Arlington 10 sus-
